March 2nd – Perranporth Beach

As the evenings started to get that little bit longer, more people were able to enjoy sunsets like this one taken by The Watering Hole.

March 3rd – Porth Kidney Sands, Hayle

We blew away the cobwebs and took a trip to Porth Kidney Sands, located in between Hayle and St Ives. Considered the mecca of dog friendly beaches in Cornwall, at low tide the sand seems to go on for ever!

March 8th – Porthmeor Beach, St Ives

March 8th – Porthgwarra Cove, near Land’s End

With all the hype surrounding the new BBC TV series of Poldark, we took a trip West and visited Porthgwarra Cove, one of the filming locations of the show. Such a beautiful place.

March 10th – Porthmeor Beach, St Ives

Lighter evenings mean only one thing….more time to surf! A lovely photo by Rachel of Watermark Print, beautifully capturing the Cornish way of life.

This stunning image of the sun rising over St Michael’s mount was captured by Mike Adams. It was the start of another beautiful spring day in Cornwall.

March 18th – Lantic Bay, near Fowey in South East Cornwall

Whilst photographing Lantic Bay Beach, this yacht sailed up and made for a beautiful image. the hazey sunshine blended the sea with the sky.

March 20th – Fistral Beach, Newquay

Cornwall was plunged into darkness for the solar eclipse in the morning, but soon made up for it with beautiful weather for the rest of the day! A great shot by Quiksilver Surf School Newquay.

March 21st – Bude, North Cornwall

Bude was looking dramatic as ever, with views as far as the eye can see during a lovely spell of sunshine towards the end of March. Great photo by Emma Cox.
