Storm Imogen battered Cornwall through Sunday night and into Monday morning, bringing with it 80mph winds and wave heights of over 19m measured off the Cornish coast.

This dramatic photo shows how the extremely high tides on Perranporth beach have left The Watering hole Pub teetering on the edge of the sand bank, only a few meters from being washed away. UPDATE – the pub survived high tide yesterday evening 🙂
